There is nothing produced by Microsoft that does that for Outlook, plainly.
You would also need some sort of calendar protocol, and calendar server. As such the only account types that have full synchronization capabilities is exchange based accounts. As others have said IMAP only handles synchronizing a mail client with a email server. Outlook on Office365 was built as a closed Microsoft-centric ecosystem.
